ABOUT
MEET ASHLEY
Well. Wild. Wise.

Ashley is a trailblazing wellness babe, holistic health educator, and full time life-liver. Steeped in the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, her life is her message, and her favorite way to share her gifts is by nourishing the body via movement, breath, and food.
Ashley is an experienced wellness chef with over 900 hours trained in Ayurveda and Yoga studies. She started her business, Clean Nature, shortly after graduating Bastyr's Nutrition and Culinary Arts program in 2019. Ashley is based in Southern California's high desert, Joshua Tree, but travels to the coast and mountains.
Clean Nature was created out of necessity after a lifelong search of what it meant to be wholeheartedly healthy. Ashley lives to fill the gaps commonly found in restrictive eating regimens and lifestyles.
Ashley combines the wise sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to deliver an approachable and authentic wellness roadmap. She guides her clients and students on an inner journey to explore the breadth of Vedic wellness systems through their own hearts, minds and bodies.
Her down-to-earth approach to health welcomes anyone to return to a state of wholeness. Her goal is to inspire people to awaken to their inner healers, encourage a transformed relationship with one's well-being, and gracefully blast through limited beliefs by providing simple yet effective tools that actually stick.
“My down-to-earth approach empowers both the holistic-aligned and health-curious to eat, live, and move in a wholesome and well-nourished manner.” - Ashley Chavez
CLEAN NATURE MISSION
Ashley specializes in cooking nourishing, well balanced and digestible meals packed with flavor and rustic elegance, while gathering people around the table for a communal experience. Clean Nature is Ashley’s platform to walk the middle path, inspiring healthy and positive change while honoring the dynamism and flux of the human experience.
From collaborative partnerships to client-coach connections to student-teacher relationships, the most enjoyable part of her work is connecting with open-minded and engaging individuals who just want to be well and content. "Food is the most grounding and connective bridge to another person's heart and soul."
Her holistic framework sets the foundation for Clean Nature, setting her apart from many health chefs and foodies. Ashley offers simple solutions inspired from Ayurvedic principles, nourishing traditions, therapeutic nutrition, and years of personal experience to uniquely cater to each individual and their needs. From the kitchen to the yoga mat to 1:1 settings, Ashley operates from a space that is all inclusive, non-restrictive, and nature-based, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
